License Key Activation and Troubleshooting

How to Activate Your License Key
- Open the software
- Go to Help → License Activation
- Enter the license key from your purchase confirmation email
- Click Activate
Finding Your License Key
Your license key was included in your purchase confirmation email. To find it:
- Search your inbox for “myK9” or “FastFields”
- Check your spam or junk folder
- If you still cannot find it, open a support ticket with the email address you used to purchase and we will look it up
Common Issues
License Key Not Working
- Make sure you are entering the key exactly as it appears — copy and paste is recommended
- Check that there are no extra spaces before or after the key
- If you recently moved to a new computer, your key may need to be reset (see below)
Moving to a New Computer
Each license key allows activation on one computer at a time. If you are moving to a new computer, your license key needs to be reset before it can be activated on the new machine. Open a support ticket and we will reset it for you right away.
Multiple Computers
The software is licensed per club and can be installed on multiple PCs. Place a free upgrade order for a download link and install on each PC. If you need separate license keys, contact support for multi-license options.
