How to Download and Install the Software

Downloading the Software

1. Log in to your account at myk9t.com
2. Go to My Account → Downloads
3. Click the download link for your product

Installing the Software

1. Locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder)
2. Right-click the file and select Run as Administrator
3. Follow the on-screen installation prompts
4. Once installed, open the program and go to Help → License Activation to enter your license key

Troubleshooting Download Issues

If your browser blocks the download or you see a warning, see our article: Handling Browser Download Warnings.

If you receive a “Windows protected your PC” message during installation, click More Info then Run Anyway. This is normal for specialized software and does not mean the file is harmful.

• Microsoft Access Runtime (free) or the full version of Microsoft Access
• Adobe Reader (free)

The software does not run on Mac computers.
