How to Purchase the Software
Overview
Our software is licensed to the club, not to an individual. This means one purchase covers your entire club, and the software can be installed on as many computers as needed (for example, if you have multiple trial secretaries).
What You Receive After Purchase
When you complete a purchase, you will receive an email containing:
- A license key to activate the software
- A download link to install the software (the link is valid for a limited time — if it expires, place a free upgrade order to get a new one)
Provide both of these to the person who will install and set up the software (typically the trial secretary).
How to Place an Order
- Visit myk9t.com
- Navigate to the product page for the software you need (mySWT, myNWT, myCFT, mySCT, or myK9Q)
- Select the New Purchase option
- Complete the checkout process
- Check your email for the license key and download link

System Requirements
The software requires a Windows PC running Windows 10 or 11, along with Microsoft Access (either the full version or the free Access Runtime). For detailed requirements, see our article Installing Microsoft Access Runtime.
Getting Started After Purchase
Once you have your license key and download link:
- Download and run the setup file — see How to Download and Install the Software
- Open the software and go to the Club page
- Enter your license key and click Activate
- You are ready to start entering your show and trial data
