Renewing Your Subscription and License
How Subscriptions Work
All of our software products use an annual subscription model. Your subscription includes free software updates (typically 2–3 per year with new features) and full support via our ticket system.
How to Tell If Your Subscription Has Expired
Open the software and go to the Club page. Your license key and expiration date are displayed there. If the status shows Expired, you will need to renew before you can receive updates or create new shows.
You can also check by trying to add a new show — if your club is not listed, the license has likely expired.
How to Renew
- Visit myk9t.com and go to the product page for your software
- Select the Renewal / Upgrade order option
- Complete the order using the same email address you originally purchased with
- You will receive a confirmation email once the renewal is processed
After Renewing
Once your renewal has been processed, your license key needs to be reactivated:
- Open the software
- Go to the Club page
- Click the Activate button next to your license key
- The new expiration date should now appear
If activation does not work, open a support ticket and we will reset your key manually.
Upgrading to a Different Product
If you are currently using one product (for example, mySWT for Scent Work) and want to add another (for example, myCFT for Conformation), you can purchase additional products separately. Each product has its own license key, but they all share the same myShare data file — so your dogs and people only need to be entered once.
