    Julieanne,

Per your request I have add city and state columns that you can use as filters in the latest version of mySWT. I will be adding this to the UKC applications soon.

    Jerry,

    Yes, that is one option.

Also, I have replaced the GMail and Yahoo in the latest version with just Webmail which will send through my own SMTP service. You select Webmail and just provide a reply to address which can be any valid email address including GMail and Yahoo addresses. The email will be sent through my SMTP service on behalf of the address you provide as a reply to. If the person replies you will receive the email directly to this reply to address.

The invitation and verification email types have been collapsed into “All Exhibitors” which includes people without a dog in your database like judges. The confirmation and results email types have been collapsed into “Entered Exhibitors”. There are now 10 message templates for each type that you can use as needed.

    Jessica,

There was a problem with my license server which will require your keys to be reset. I replied to your ticket.

If anyone else experiences the issue please upgrade to the latest version and open a support ticket and provide me your club names and the associated license key. I will reset it and then you can re-activate it.

Each class entry can have a different handler. The entry defaults to the dog owner, but can be changed on the enter a dog in a class page when making the entry. This needs to be set before the dog is put in the class as this is when the entry record is created and it will be created with whoever was set as the handler at that time. This goes for all fields in that first column such as the fee. If you need to change a handler later it can be done on any of the entry list pages as mentioned. One confirmation email is sent per armband number and goes to the dog owner.

I do not believe any of the rule changes effect the program except for the removal of the full 4 element trials which was done in the latest release 4.3.6.

Thanks Jerry… Yes, I can convert it to a 3 year. Easiest thing to do is purchase another 1 year license and I will set its expiration date to 3 years from the date of purchase of the original license. I will look into implementing your other requests.

Jolette, No I do not save passwords because some people use their personal email and then the club laptop gets given to another trial secretary and I do not want to be responsible for compromising someone’s password.

Jerry, I would not think an update would change you from 32 bit to 64 bit. I could see it updating changing what program your file extensions (accde and accdb) pointed to. Did you possible have the runtime all along and that is what the file extensions were pointed to and the update changed them and then when you re-installed the runtime it changed them back? Just a guess.

    Jerry,

Yes, that is my mistake. I will correct it in the next release. The drop downs are just filters for the list below and I forgot to add ROM to the filter list. You can still enter dogs in that class you just can’t filter the list to only ROM.

    Jerry,

I think you maybe confusing the Obedience Master class which does not have an A or B with Rally Master. The Rally Master is named ROM. You can see it in your class list screens shot.

      Jerry,

Regarding deleting, you can delete each item (Dogs, People, Show, Trials, Classes) on the appropriate details page. There is a delete button in the ribbon. Now there are parent child relationships between things. For example if you deleted a Trial it would also delete the classes in that trial and the entries in those classes. This done to keep from orphaning records. Use caution when deleting…

Yes, this is to override the default exhibitor run order of armband number. For example you need a steward to go first or last. You can also use a negative number if you just need someone to go first. This way you only have to modify that one entry.

Jerry, at this time I do not have it separated between Obedience and Rally. My thinking was if your jumping minimum in one you were probably jumping minimum in the other. I can look at separating them in a future release.
