Activating License Keys
I currently have active license keys for three different clubs. I used them in December, January, and February respectively (keys expire in 2023). Now, when I go to create trials for my clubs the license keys show as inactive, and when I try to activate them they say that they are already active and cannot be activated on another computer. I have only ever used this laptop. I am running the most current version of the software, and Access from MS Office 2016. I have been using the software for years with no issues. Any thoughts?

There was a problem with my license server which will require your keys to be reset. I replied to your ticket.
If anyone else experiences the issue please upgrade to the latest version and open a support ticket and provide me your club names and the associated license key. I will reset it and then you can re-activate it.
