Armbands are assigned at the show level so an exhibitor gets the same armband number for the whole weekend\show. Go to the show details page and display the correct show. Under the armband menu is re-number armbands.

You could also use the exhibitor order column in the list of entries on the class page. This will take precedence over the armband number sort order.

Are you using Outlook or Webmail?

If using Outlook have Outlook running and test a couple exhibitors in Preview mode. Does an email get generated?

If using webmail what is your Reply To address?

I have never heard of AKC caring if confirmations went out. That is a new.

I do not have an AKC Rally program. My Obedience and Rally program is UKC.

Appears some processes have hung on your PC and not shutdown properly. I would close all programs and reboot your PC.

    Jerry,

You can export dogs and people into excel.

You are correct about the IDs. I would suggest taking the myShare that has the most dogs and make it your master from this point forward. There will probably be some dogs that you will lose their show history because of the ID numbers. But better than starting over.

Yes, I agree… I can’t give you a timeframe though. We are currently working on finishing real time updates and need to get that completed first.

  • It will run on the latest version of Access\Office. It just needs to be 32bit. If your laptop has 64bit it is easy to change. A quick google search will give you instructions.

No, many times the sheet is printed and placed on a table for exhibitors to get their own label. Armband order makes it easier for them to find.

It is just a holding area for people waiting for any class, so level and division are N\A. Enter them on the wait list like any other class from the enter a dog in a class page. Make a note on the entry notes on which class they are actually waiting for. The entry received date field can be used to know who is next.

No, not those exact reports for each exhibitor, but you can look under show reports and get the same information just in a different format.

  • No, I have no plans at this point to switch to 64 bit. There are too many people using 32 bit that would be effected and I cannot have two separate code streams.

    Mary,

It shows both, handlers entered in more than one class with the same or different dogs.

I do not have a separate report for each.

You can look through the report and find ones with the same handler and a different dog.
