Jerry,
Yes, a handler is assigned to each entry. The default is the dog owner, but can be changed when entering the dog in a class or on any of the entry list pages for example show entry list.

Beverly,
Ken is correct. Only the total time is shown. You can also disable real-time results per class on the class options page.
-
Mary, I sent you an email.

Can you try disabling those or is that what you mean by firewall?

Hi Jerry,
You will receive an email when they expire. You can also see the expiration date on the club page to track the date yourself.

Patricia,
Interesting… Please open a support ticket and provide some screenshots.
Also, please attach your data files; myShare and mySWT_data.

Carrie,
Please check the club page for the status of your license key. Make sure it is entered correctly and activated.

Please open a support case and attach your data files. Let me know the armband number, dog and handler name.

If your asking about UKC Nosework time limits are defined in the rules and not up to the judge as some are in AKC Scent Work.

They just need to provide you with their two data files; myShare and mySWT_data. I assume your asking about AKC scent work. You would link mySWT on your PC to their data files. I would create a folder with their club name and store their data files there to avoid confusion.

Both those reports open as PDF documents which requires Adobe Reader installed on the PC. Do you have Adobe Reader?

Armbands are assigned at the show level so an exhibitor gets the same armband number for the whole weekend\show. Go to the show details page and display the correct show. Under the armband menu is re-number armbands.
You could also use the exhibitor order column in the list of entries on the class page. This will take precedence over the armband number sort order.

Administrator10/16/2023 at 7:58 AM in reply to: judging schedule not in armband orderYes, use the order column if you want to override the armband number order for example need stewards to go first. You can use positive and negative numbers to get the order you need.

Classes also have an order column. It has a default value when you create the class which starts with containers with novice up to masters. For example if you wanted to run master down to novice you just change the class order number accordingly.
