We will be using this program for the first time in a couple of weeks. I have heard that in the upper levels, competitors can see how long other competitors have taken in certain areas and are using that to clear rooms in a few seconds (when no odors are hidden there). Can the program be changed so that the competitor can only see the overall time for other dogs ( and not by areas)?

Hi Beverly. Are you saying that in Interior Master, for instance, that competitors can see what the previous handlers scored in each room? We also plan to use it for the first time soon, but it appears the time for a given handler is not logged (or “Saved” by the judge’s assistant) until ALL rooms have been completed. I think the time shown for completed runs in myK9Q is the total for all three rooms.

Ken is correct. Only the total time is shown. You can also disable real-time results per class on the class options page.
