Not sure this is what you mean, but there is a notes field on each person’s record you could use. Only one judge can be assigned to a class.
There is an exclude from placements check box for excluding dogs. Check this box on the enter results page.

Jerry,
Each application has its own _data file which contains your shows, trials, classes and entries. This info is specific to the application. The myShare file contains your dogs, people and club and can be shared, hence the name, across all applications.
Both applications can link to the same myShare. You might want to store it in the RyKris folder above all the application folders to indicate it is used by more than one. If you do you will just need to remember to relink it when you upgrade because the upgrade by default will link to the myShare in the application data folder.
myNWT should be linked to myNWT_data and myOBT should be linked to myOBT_data.
I hope that helps.

Can you open a support ticket and attach your two data files; myShare and mySWT_data. They should be located in your C:\RyKris\mySWT\Data folder.
Let me know which entry is missing (Armband # and Class) and I will see if I can figure it out.
Thanks,
Richard

Yes, go to the class page, scoresheets and select Specific Armband in the scoresheet dialog.
-
Jane, no that is a new one. I haven’t heard of that from anyone else.
Could you have a PC issue of some sort?
-
Jane,
The show entry counts report will give you what you need. Go to show details and under show reports select entry counts. IT breaks it down by show, trial and judge. You can also look at the Judges counts and time estimate under the same menu. If you have the full version of Access you can save it as a PDF. If not you can set your printer to Microsoft PDF and print to it which will create a PDF.

Hi Madalena,
Please go to view people list and and check if you see them. If so open the details page for that person by clicking the ID link. Go to the roles tab and check the box “Is Steward”. This is what controls if they are in the drop down list. Anyone that assists in a show that you need to assign somewhere is considered a steward including Secretary and Chairman. Judges work the same way, but have their own checkbox on the roles tab.

Here are the steps.
Go to the club page
Click on the logo and click the paper clip icon. It is hard to see sometimes.
An attachment dialog will appear. Remove all files.
Click add and select your logo.

Laura, yes email has changed with the 2.3.x release. Gmail as of May 30th no longer allows 3rd party apps to send email through them with just a username and password, so changes had to be made.
The webmail choice is for those without the Microsoft Outlook on their PC. It uses an email service I pay for. Email will come from notifications@myk9t.com. You only need to supply a reply-to address which can be your Gmail address for exhibitors to reply to.
The different email choices have been collapsed into two; All people in your database or those entered in your show. There are now 10 message tabs where you can save your message text. You can use them however you want. You simply select the message in the drop down you want to send.

Judges are assigned to the class. You can change it on the class details page, but easier way is on the trials page in the class list at the bottom.

Administrator06/12/2022 at 11:49 AM in reply to: Using Outlook to send email in softwareHi Jerry,
I solved the GMAIL issue in the latest release by using a webmail service that I purchased instead of GMAIL or Yahoo. I did this for people that do not have Outlook. If you choose webmail in the application you just enter a reply-to address. This can be your GMAIL address. Emails will be sent from notifications @myK9T.com through my webmail service. When an exhibitor replies the email will go to what you entered in the reply-to address. You can also BCC yourself since there is no sent folder to look in.
The Outlook application which is part of office is the best method because it will handle all the buffering and re-sending and you have a sent folder. You can also preview an email before you send it. Outlook can have multiple email addresses. The emails from my application will be transferred to Outlook and Outlook will send them from the email address that is the default. Here is a video I found for setting up Outlook. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WfSCfBntqPU

Barb,
Yes, there are 10 messages you can save and use however you need. You select the message you want to send in the drop down just above the send button.
Regarding BCC, if you use the webmail option there is a BCC field just below Reply-To. If you are using Outlook then sent messages will be in your sent folder..

Jerry,
Armband numbers can be re-numbered. For example #100 replaced with #500.
If results have been entered the judges books will be in placement order.
The exhibitor order column can be used to override the default sorting of armband # order.
Are you seeing something different? If so please open a support ticket and attach your data files.

Jerry,
I have only done this in mySWT (AKC Scent Work). myNWT and myOBT will be next. Hopefully by the end of the month.
