Email confirmations
When someone enters a rally or obedience trial, as the trial secretary, I send them a preliminary note along with their entry confirmation. There are now 10 message choices and I can’t figure out how to use them. I also can’t create a blind cc copy for myself so that I know email has been sent to entrants. How do I solve these problems? Yes, there are 10 messages you can save and use however you need. You select the message you want to send in the drop down just above the send button.
Regarding BCC, if you use the webmail option there is a BCC field just below Reply-To. If you are using Outlook then sent messages will be in your sent folder..
