No that is not necessary.
Each class has a default order number assigned therefore if you didn’t create that class that order number is not used.

Dana, change the class order field to represent the order you are going to run them each day. The judges schedule report is divided by judge and the classes will be listed by the class order field.

Jane, you can edit most fields including the trial name on the trial details page. Now the trial number field only allows Trial 1 and Trial 2 because AKC refers to them as Trial 1 and Trial 2 each day, not Trial 3 for Sunday. This trial number field is used in reports, so this is why it is restricted, but you can set the trial name to whatever you prefer.

Virginia, I am guessing you are asking about transferring the trial secretary duties from you to someone else for your next trial. I am assuming you have the myNWT software installed on your personal PC and the new secretary would do the same.
If this is the case and what you are asking they can place an upgrade order on this website to get the software. You would then need to provide them with your two data files; myShare and myNWT_data. The myShare file stores your club information along with the license key, so there would be nothing they need to do.

Do you see the dog you just added in view dog list or view dog details? Is the enter a dog in a class tab already open? If so you will need to refresh it.

The add a new class allows you to select a combination of element and level and judge. You can select the appropriate combination and then repeat the process as needed. Another option is to just create all your classes with one judge and then modify the judge on either the class detail page (officials tab) or on the class list at the bottom of the trial page.

No, those are unique ID numbers automatically assigned by the database. I only display them as they are used as links from the list pages and they are handy to keep things straight sometimes.

There is a delete class button on the class details page. Display the class you want to delete and click the delete button. All entries for this class will also be deleted, so make sure the correct one is displayed. This can not be undone. Same works for shows and trials. For example if you delete a trial it will delete the trial, all classes in that trial and all entries in those classes. This is to prevent orphaned records.

You can edit most fields on any of the detail pages. Type the new text in the field and click the save button at the top.

Elaine, I believe you got your answers on facebook, but you could either go ahead and create your show\trial and add everyone to the wait list class. You could then use either the verification email or confirmation email as those filter people based on the show. After your draw you would move people from the wait list to the appropriate class.
Alternatively you could use the invitation email which displays everyone in your database. You would then only check the checkbox of people who sent you an entry.

Hi Karen, You can edit dog information on the dog details page. Select dog details from the home page, find\display the dog you want to edit, make the changes and then click save button at the top.
