    I think I did it wrong, on this page Click the “Add a New Class” button on the home page ribbon to open the Add a New Class dialog box.

     Select an existing Trial, Judge and the elements and levels this judge is judging.

     If you have more than one judge you will need to repeat this process for each judge.

     Click “Save and Close”

    you have to repeat this for each ELEMENT – say Buried, or Container – as if you click on Buried and Container and your judge is judging different levels for one or the other that’s what messes the Elements and levels up in your classes! am I right?

    Jane,

    The add a new class allows you to select a combination of element and level and judge. You can select the appropriate combination and then repeat the process as needed. Another option is to just create all your classes with one judge and then modify the judge on either the class detail page (officials tab) or on the class list at the bottom of the trial page.
