I studied the doc, and I thought that there was a way to reorder armbands &#8211;  am I mistaken?  On screen in the class page I place the armbands in numerical order but then the judges book is in reverse order.</p>

<p>1)  we love the software.  Is it possible to convert our 1 year license to a 3 year?</p>
<p>2) We&#8217;d like the ability to print a confirmation for day-of-show entries.  Our trial site has no internet access, and the metal bldg effectively blocked our phones as well</p>

At least I have a way to resolve this issue should it occur again.  Since I have the MSOffice subscription, I was thinking I should uninstall the product and install the 32 bit version &#8211;  after the trial.</p>

So I get a little flustered with the PC.  But sometimes I dabble.  I located the Access run-time install on my machine and installed it, and now myOBT works.  I recall that last night as I shut down the PC some updates were installed, would those updates have&hellip;</p>

Ive been using the software to setup a show and trial, and just sent out confirmation emails through Gmail last night.  All is working great.  So I open the software this AM and I get an error message &#8211; that I need to open it with the 32 bit version of Access. </p>

LOL</p>
<p>But, in the add a dog to a class dialog, there is no ROM in the level drop down (only RO1, RO2 and RO3).  However in the available Trials and classes list I did see the three ROMA and three ROMB classes (for the three trial show)</p>

<p>My Oct show has three Rally Trials &#8211;  each trial has the 9 Rally classes, both A and B.</p>
<p>In entering a dog into Rally Master (the first dog entered into that class), there was no choice for A or B levels on the entry page.  All the other classes have A and B levels (Ive entered quite a&hellip;</p>

<p>Frequently we have exhibitors that do Std in Rally and Min in Obedience &#8211;  and we have a Obed and Rally trial on the same day.  How do I manage that?</p>

I noticed that when the app sets up the order initially the order skips a number for classes that do not have A and B levels. Can I change the order in that field to represent the actual order? I did that for the first OBED trial</p>
