  Unable to download MyNWT after a computer crash

  I had a recent computer crash, and I lost everything on the laptop I used for trial secretary work. I have tried to re-download MyNWT (it says that I have two downloads remaining), but when I try to download it again, it tells me that the download has expired. What should I be doing next? We only purchased the software last year and our license doesn’t expire until April 2026.
