Add New Show- Chairman Secretary
I am attempting to add a new show.
When I went to enter the trial chair’s name a box popped up saying that “The text you entered isn’t an item in the list. Do you want to edit the items in the list”? I clicked yes and entered her information and did the same with entering my information in the trial secretary box. When I go to enter the names, I get the same message again. If I hit yes and try to enter the name again, it tells me that name exists. The names are not showing up on the drop down and it won’t accept them even though it says they exist. Thank you.

Hi Madalena,
Please go to view people list and and check if you see them. If so open the details page for that person by clicking the ID link. Go to the roles tab and check the box “Is Steward”. This is what controls if they are in the drop down list. Anyone that assists in a show that you need to assign somewhere is considered a steward including Secretary and Chairman. Judges work the same way, but have their own checkbox on the roles tab.
