So I have established a new show and trials for our NW trial this weekend, and all the entries are entered correctly.

When I output the Judging Schedule, there is one entry that is assigned the wrong Handler in that report. The correct handler has two dogs in the event – and both dogs are assigned the correct owner in the dog listing. When I sent out verifications, the email was delivered to the correct owner, but in the Judging Schedule report, for one of her dogs, the Handler was listed as someone else (who does not have an entry in the event).

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I changed that dogs owner to one of the dummy names, saved, and exited the software. Then I opened the software and corrected the Owner info to the correct name. Still the incorrect Handler is listed in the Judging Schedule Report. I also checked the Entry Listing report, and for the dog in question both the Owner and email are incorrect. Since these reports are not part of the official record, I’m not super concerned, and I have to start printing paperwork for the event (lots of entries). But I thought there might be an easy “fix” or other diagnostics you could recommend.

Is Owner and Handler the same field in the database??

    Jerry,

Yes, a handler is assigned to each entry. The default is the dog owner, but can be changed when entering the dog in a class or on any of the entry list pages for example show entry list.

So then I must have accidently added the incorrect handler on one of the pages (forms) that you identified.

      I will have a look
