adding another club member
How can I add another club member to be the trial secretary? Do they create their own account on this software and then use the club subscription key when they log in?

Virginia, I am guessing you are asking about transferring the trial secretary duties from you to someone else for your next trial. I am assuming you have the myNWT software installed on your personal PC and the new secretary would do the same.
If this is the case and what you are asking they can place an upgrade order on this website to get the software. You would then need to provide them with your two data files; myShare and myNWT_data. The myShare file stores your club information along with the license key, so there would be nothing they need to do.

I did give her the data files on a thumb drive. Our club’s software subscription is good until August 2021. Does she need to purchase an upgrade order to be able to get the software? How much will this cost?
