  Can’t find outlook

  When I attempt to send email confirmations, the software responds that I don’t have Outlook. Ive been using the software with outlook as my email client for years. MS installed a new Outlook version recently..is that the problem? Outlook works as Ive sent and received emails in the account independent of the trial software..
