I ended up chatting with Microsoft Support. They re-installed Windows 11. After that, everything worked smoothly.

Attempted downloads and installations with firewall and virus protection, etc both enabled and disabled. Still unable to install / reinstall mySWT.

Windows 11 Home updated yesterday. Now mySWT will not open. The title screen comes up but that’s all. No log in screen, no database, nothing. Program is still on computer as is Access Runtime.
