I answered my own question. The person in question needs to have a role as a Steward. From the main screen click on “View People.” Scroll down to the person you want as Trial Chair and select “Roles” tab. Check the box “Is a Steward.” I then had to quit the OBT program and get back in. When I selected the “View Shows” tab, I was able to…

When someone enters a rally or obedience trial, as the trial secretary, I send them a preliminary note along with their entry confirmation. There are now 10 message choices and I can’t figure out how to use them. I also can’t create a blind cc copy for myself so that I know email has been sent to entrants. How do I solve these problems?
