Is there anyone working on the weekend that can resolve my software issue? My trial started today and my software is stuck and will not proceed. I am not able to download any more classes (I was able to download 3 classes) and have many more to do. Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible to give the judges, timers and stewards a chance to “play” with this software? I see that I can upload a trial and then delete it as well.
